This site (rarugroup.com) has no contact form — when you reach out by email or phone, we collect only what you choose to share: your name, contact details, and the content of your message. This site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which may share your IP address with Google when a page renders. If you go on to use the RARU Ventures investor platform (raruventures.com), that platform separately collects onboarding, KYC, and portfolio information as required to operate the SEBI-registered Prime Venture Growth Fund — governed by RARU Ventures' own terms, not this policy.

• To respond to your enquiry and route it to the right team — Raru Capital, Raru Ventures, Raru Advisors, Raru Credit Partners, or Raru Foundation.
• We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

We share enquiry information only within RARU Group — RARU Group and Raru Capital IFSC Private Limited — as needed to respond to you, and with regulators (SEBI, IFSCA) where we're legally required to.
